Anoopa.net was created by Anoopa's friends and Dylan Greene, who live in the DC Metro area. Amy first met Anoopa at Duke in '98 as her RA. Amy and Anoopa bonded as computer science partners and have been close ever since. Dylan met Anoopa at Amy's 2001 New Years Eve party and immediately enjoyed her outgoing, gregarious spirit.
